Gentrification Bill On Its Way To Passage

Darrell Clark’s “Gentrification Protection Plan” looks like it’s on its way to passage in City Council.

And it can’t be passed soon-enough.  Without it, the divisive conversation between long-established residents and new homebuyers in Philly neighborhoods that are improving will never end.
