Yes, I didn’t make a post today because I’ve been busy trying to get ZBABot finished and the tricky part is the main search panel which lets you do all sorts of crazy searches, including searching by the attorney the ZBA applicant used.

Also: we will be checking properties to see if they are tax delinquent when they’re scheduled to go before the ZBA. While I suspect that’s no longer an issue, it’s better safe than sorry.
On top of that, ZBABot is going to offer a “mash-up” page that combines Zoning, OPA, Revenue and related property owned by the same owner as the Applicant all on one easy-to-read screeen.
