While the public has been patiently waiting for the fire investigation report for the Thomas Buck Hosiery factory inferno that killed Cpt. Neary and Lt. Sweeny, the local firefighters union will hold a press conference castigating the Administration on numerous points, including the fact that the complex had broken seals and that both the City and the property owner were aware of it.
This reminds me of a member of the PFD who posted some fairly inside information on how VBI (Vital Building Information) reports are compiled and updated.
