Club Aura is on a really, really fucking short leash
Today the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas decided to take another crack at Club Aura. Residents who live on the 100 block of Fairmount Avenue are fed up with the club and want it wiped off the entertainment map. For more on that: click here, and here, and here.
In court just a couple of hours ago, Judge Fox issued an order to Mark Stein’s attorney representing 626 FRONT, LLC. that includes, among other things no dancing, no DJs, no more than 25 people standing outside the front door of the club, they must have a bouncer outside, and best of all… the 2nd floor DJ box is to go. Today.
Read the judge’s order after the jump.
