The REACH Baseball Factory definitely got some reach—as in Roland Kassis from Domani Developers reached out to me to let me know he’s also a partner in the REACH Baseball Factory. A development partner.
The gist of the deal is this: Roland wants to knock the windows out and convert the building to loft or artist apartments, not that dissimilar from other space in Fishtown and Kensington.
The big question is this: there’s only 5 parking spots. And that’s about all you’re going to get, and whatever street parking that’s in front of the building. Memphis Flats owns the rest of the surface lot. To get this building put back to life, Fishtown will have to accept the parking situation. Will it?
